The ownership, up front
The Kerala Wedding Collective is independently operated. Your proposal should name the contracting business, the person leading your wedding and the work included in the fee.

In one paragraph
The Kerala Wedding Collective is a wedding planning and design studio for weddings in Kerala, India. It publishes a book of 107 Kerala wedding venues, with per-plate catering rates for the 34 that have given one, the Malayalam wedding calendar, and planning guides for Christian, Nair, Muslim, Brahmin and Ezhava weddings.
What we hold on Kerala, precisely
107 venues on file across 8 place hubs. Confirmed guest capacity for 50 of them, room counts for 68, and per-plate catering ranges for 34. The site also keeps a Kerala wedding project archive; each record carries its own credit, and none is presented as a wedding this studio planned or photographed.
Those are small numbers and we are printing them anyway. The alternative is the round, unverifiable figure every wedding site carries, and a family that has read four of those pages can no longer tell any of us apart.
Two rules we run this site by
A blank stays blank. Where we have not confirmed a capacity or a rate, the page says so rather than showing a plausible number, because the number would eventually be quoted back at us in a negotiation.
A picture says what it is. Regional photographs are captioned as the place, not a venue. A venue photograph appears only on the page for that property, with its source named, and a venue page without one shows no photograph at all rather than a stock picture of somewhere else. In September 2026 we took down every venue photograph that carried a listing site's watermark.

- A written scope and a fee band. What we would do for this wedding and what it costs, before you decide anything.
- A video walkthrough if you are abroad. Shortlisted venues walked on camera in your evening, so the single trip to Kerala is spent deciding, not looking.
