The ownership, up front

The Kerala Wedding Collective is a Kerala-facing studio of Wedvitez Planners Private Limited, the company behind Panigrahana Weddings. Your contract and your invoice come from that legal entity. We put this on every page of the site rather than in a footnote, because a family once nearly walked away from us over exactly this confusion and we would prefer that never happen again.

What the parent company brings

Wedvitez was founded by an architect and has run more than five hundred weddings since 2016, across twelve countries. Design is done in-house: a six-person design team works on each wedding alongside the two founders, and the structures are drawn and built for the event rather than pulled from a rental catalogue. That capability is the reason this studio exists at all.

What we hold on Kerala, precisely

65 venues on file across six regions. Confirmed guest capacity for 36 of them, room counts for 38, and per-plate catering ranges for 36. 2 Kerala weddings published with the couples' consent, of which 1 we photographed ourselves.

Those are small numbers and we are printing them anyway. The alternative is the round, unverifiable figure every wedding site carries, and a family that has read four of those pages can no longer tell any of us apart.

Two rules we run this site by

A blank stays blank. Where we have not confirmed a capacity or a rate, the page says so rather than showing a plausible number, because the number would eventually be quoted back at us in a negotiation.

Only our own photographs. Most venue pages here carry no image, since we have photographed three of the 65 ourselves. Illustrating the rest with stock pictures of other people's weddings would undercut the only claim worth making.
