If you need several suppliers coordinated, ask the team to show a responsibility list rather than relying only on “complete wedding” language. Confirm which services are directly provided and which involve separate vendor agreements.

4. Watermark Event Solutions: wedding and event management

Watermark publishes wedding planning services, and its Kochi service page describes venue, decor and catering coordination. It is a relevant comparison for couples who want one planning conversation across those decisions. Ask how catering tastings, layout approval and final guest-count confirmation are scheduled.

5. Rainmaker Signature Experiences: design with hospitality

Rainmaker identifies Kochi as its base and publishes a detailed service list including ceremonial planning, hospitality, dining, venue layouts and infrastructure. That makes the site useful for building your own scope checklist. Request examples of the actual planning documents and identify which members of the proposed team will attend the wedding.

6. Ayga Events: planning, decor and regional coverage

Ayga Events describes Kerala wedding planning, decoration and management, with Thrissur as its head office and branches in Alappuzha and Kochi. Ask whether the proposed decor is adapted from an existing structure or fabricated for your stage. Both can be suitable; the dimensions, finish, flower specification and installation responsibilities should be clear.

7. Magnolia Events: banquet and destination celebrations

Magnolia Events identifies Kochi and publishes destination, banquet and gala wedding categories. Consider it when you are deciding between a hotel function and a broader hosted celebration. Request a recent portfolio selection for that format, then compare the guest-handling and production scope against your other proposals.

8. Elsewhere Weddings: planning for couples abroad

Elsewhere Weddings’ FAQ lists Kerala among its wedding destinations and describes work with couples living abroad. It is headquartered in Delhi; do not assume a Kerala office from service coverage. Ask how many site visits are included, who conducts them and how travel expenses and local vendor coordination will be charged.
