Work back from the muhurtham. Makaram (roughly mid-January to mid-February) and Vrischikam (mid-November to mid-December) are Kerala's crowded wedding months, and a venue's good dates in them go first, so ask Rhythm Kumarakom about your date as soon as the astrologer or the parish gives it. It means the kitchen has been working through the night, the hall was dressed the previous evening, and breakfast for the whole party lands immediately after the ceremony rather than as a separate meal later.
